Our processes, tools, and team scope are deliberately structured so that no Genie ever accesses, reads, or stores patient health information. Your clinical work — and everything connected to it — stays exactly where it belongs: with you.
This boundary is intentional. It keeps your practice safe, your compliance simple, and our service genuinely useful for the work most therapists actually need help with.
How do you protect my business data and practice information?
Even though we don't handle PHI, your business information matters. Every engagement is protected by:
- NDAs with every Genie — signed before they're ever staffed on an account.

- Company-issued devices only — Genies work exclusively on company-provided laptops; your data never touches a personal device.
